OBJECTIVES The objective of this study was to find the frequency occult hepatitis B in patients presenting with Decompensated chronic liver disease. METHODOLOGY This descriptive, cross-sectional conducted at a tertiary care hospital Peshawar-KP from 31st December 2021 May 2022.143 were enrolled. Informed consent taken all who enrolled study. We included aged 18-60 years either gender.
